In 2100, the incessant and continuous disproportionate growth of cities has rendered tall buildings an absolute necessity altering the quality and programmatic distribution of this typology into hybrid units with an increased functional potential enabling individuals to live, work and move in a new radical way. In this future scenario, capsule drones, private and public, single and multi-cabin, designed for both close distance (within the same building) and international travel, become places for life, leisure, work, beyond being simple means of transportation. Within this context, the tower next to the Moscow-City International Business Center is taken as site and envisioned as a spatial cell of pyramids and tetrahedrons.
