Honourable mention / July Call for Drawings

This is a personal manifestation of the core themes and experiences of having a previous studio project sited in Piazza dei Signori in Vicenza (IT). It is focused on construction lines, proportions, classical geometry, and datum levels. The Vicenza project studio was situated directly next to Basilica Palladiana and the proposed space could be categorised as an "add -on" to the Basilica / piazza space. The proposal uses these themes to attempt to respond to the depth of the significant surrounding context while at the same time creating a new experiential space.
