Through the extensive understanding of the properties of lichen, this project retrofits Dungeness B, one of seven Advanced Gas Cooled Reactors (AGR) that are due to close by the end of the decade, to act as a container of a vast quantity of lichen species. The project was developed within the context of The University of Westminster.
