A Space for Critical
Design Thinking
Kabila Kyowa Stéphane

Kabila Kyowa Stéphane is a curator and researcher whose practice engages with contemporary artistic production across Africa and its diasporas. His work often focuses on questions of circulation, transnational exchange, and the infrastructures, both visible and invisible, that shape artistic and cultural practices. Through exhibitions, research, and collaborative projects, he explores how histories of movement, migration, and global entanglement continue to inform contemporary art. Kabila Kyowa’s curatorial approach is grounded in a critical attention to context, networks, and the conditions under which art is produced, displayed, and experienced.
